The Software is owned and copyrighted by ReclaiMe team. All installations of the Software may be then used simultaneously. Each Licensed Copy of the Software may be installed by licensee on any number of computers licensee owns.

User's use of the Software is conditioned upon compliance by user with the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install and/or use the Software. Use of the Software provided with this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of these terms. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement or understanding, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter. 'You' means the individual person installing or using the Software, or the authorized person on behalf of an organization for which the Software is downloaded or installed. This Agreement is applicable whether you obtain the Software directly from the ReclaiMe team, or through any other source.

This End User License Agreement (further referred to as 'Agreement') is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the licensee, and ReclaiMe team and its affiliates and suppliers regarding the use of ReclaiMe Pro, the 'Software' and all the upgrades and revisions of the Software. This is a legally binding contract that should be read in its entirety.
